Congress promise 20 Lakh Jobs, Metro connectivity in NCR

Congress party has promised the creation of 20 lakh employment opportunities along with other developmental measures in the state, if it is voted to power, in the next five years. According to the sources, the party has framed the developmental roadmap for the state and will release its ‘Vision 2020’on January 27 in ten major cities of Uttar Pradesh including Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Agra and Meerut. Determined to give a tough fight to its arch rivals including the BJP, BSP and SP, the Congress is going to announce opening of special state-level banks for women. They can avail financial assistance and job opportunities in these banks, sources claimed. Besides this, with an aim of deriving maximum gains from the metropolis voters in NOIDA and Ghaziabad (Delhi-NCR region), the party is trying to woo them by playing the Delhi Metro Rail card. The party is going to promise metro rail connectivity of the NCR regions with the national capital.
